		Pressure washing for removal of dirt, mildew, and fungi.
		Driveways and decks cleaned upon request.
		Delicate areas are handwashed.
		Scraping, spackling and sanding of loose paint and surface defects.
		Caulking and weathersealing of appropriate areas.
		Expert carpentry work for any problem areas which may need repair.
		Quality paint is applied.
		Before the crew packs up their equipment, the project manager inspects the job with the customer to insure all contracted areas are painted properly.
